Fees & Payments

Fees, billing schedules, payment terms and applicable taxes for services may be specified in a proposal, invoice, insertion order or other written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for paying amounts due within the applicable payment period.

Advertising spend, platform fees, media costs, third-party software charges and similar expenses may be separate from AffyAds Media service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, advertising networks, publishers, social media services, analytics tools, technology providers or other external services.

These third parties operate under their own terms, policies, algorithms and technical systems.

AffyAds Media does not control the availability, policies, approvals, suspensions, account decisions or technical performance of independent third-party platforms.
